In AIESEC we believe that leadership is the fundamental solution. AIESEC has developed a Leadership Development Model (LDM) that defines 4 characteristics of the leaders we develop through our exchange:

Local Team Leader: check with your LCVP what positions are open

LC EB: election period is in March for most LCs. Term is from July 1st to June 30th.

National Support Team: support the MC in their projects and strategy - positions open for 6 months - application in May & November - NST can be done in France or abroad - Follow: MC France and NST opportunities

MC Opportunity: become an MC member and lead an entity on the national level. Opportunities in France and abroad, applications start from November - Follow: MC France and MC Opportunities 

 

CEEDer: support an entity (MC or LC) abroad for 6-12 weeks - Follow: AIESEC CEEDership

 

Exchange: As an AIESECer you can of course go on exchange; volunteering, entrepreneurship or professional opportunities await you on the Opportunity portal

 

OC/CC: Be part of amazing conference teams, help them become reality from logistics side!

 

FACI: Deliver trainings and sessions to AIESECers and be part of an amazing Faci Team!
